Environmental Due Diligence Services

Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA)
A Phase I ESA identifies potential or existing environmental concerns through site inspections, historical research, regulatory database reviews, and interviews. Reports comply with the latest ASTM E1527 standards and the EPA’s All Appropriate Inquiries rule, offering liability protection and satisfying lender and agency requirements.

Phase II Subsurface Investigation
Recommended when Phase I findings indicate potential contamination. Involves sampling soil, water, or vapor for lab analysis. Results are reviewed by Environmental Professionals to determine risk levels and recommend next steps.

Transaction Screen Assessment (TSA)
A TSA is a limited, lower-cost alternative for evaluating low-risk properties. Conducted in accordance with ASTM E1528, it offers faster turnaround and essential insights, though it does not provide liability protection under CERCLA.

Key Features:

  • EPA & ASTM-compliant reporting

  • Risk identification and liability protection

  • Fast turnaround and competitive pricing

  • Customizable to meet lender or SBA requirements

  • In-depth site analysis and aerial imagery

Make informed decisions with accurate, professional environmental assessments tailored to your property.
